Director, Ad-Operations and Account Management

Factual integrates with the largest players in the mobile advertising ecosystem. The Partner Services team works closely with these ad tech platforms and agencies to make sure Factual’s data runs seamlessly. We are currently looking for a Director of Delivery Management to lead our Delivery Management team. You should enjoy working with fast-growing, developer-led companies, digital agencies, and agency trading desks, as well as with larger AdTech firms. Ideally, you have experience in strategy, management and customer operations (e.g., building and maintaining customer-focused metrics). In this role you will be:
- Mentoring and developing the team through professional career development and personal empowerment, enabling strong internal and external relationships with Factual team members and customers.
- Providing overall strategy and direction for your team
- Crafting and implement processes, systems and standard methodologies for ad operations.
- Establishing deeper relationships with customers and high-level executives.
- Opening doors and establishing a deeper rapport with existing customers.
- Working with our sales team to develop a higher level of service for our partners.
- Crafting actionable insight through reporting.
- Delivering revenue targets/Managed revenue targets (last year the team tracked around 1 million dollars of managed revenue)
- Leading development of operational support of newer Factual offerings including measurement and insights.
- Liaising with our internal product teams, providing critical feedback for improvements or needed product features with Factual’s customer facing systems.
You should have:
- 5-7+ years experience working in advertising operations
- Experience with leading a team with various levels of seniority.
- Managing compensation and performance.
- Experience working in the mobile advertising ecosystem (DSP, exchange, publisher, vendor)
- Campaign management and developing campaign management programs
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
