Factual Hires Kevin Reilly as Head of Measurement

The amount of data available to marketers is staggering, and their ability to harness it is greatly hampered by fragmented metrics, formats and standards. At Factual, we see a solution in location data, which helps marketers improve digital campaigns, understand and target audiences and measure results, spanning every piece of the cross-channel campaign lifecycle. Key to that connection is attribution, as the ability to bridge online initiatives with offline results is a critical measure of success for marketers that location data and device movement uniquely validates.

With 73% of marketers focusing on better reporting, measurement or attribution this year and Factual’s Geopulse Measurement solution growing at a rapid pace, we saw an opportunity to bring on an expert who can help our customers harness the power of location data for attribution and further grow our product offering.

We’re excited to welcome Kevin Reilly as Factual’s first Head of Measurement. Kevin brings to the newly created role more than two decades of expertise in data, marketing and product management. He spent seven years at Dstillery, where he “caught the location bug.” As the VP of product management and later the SVP of platform services, Kevin was responsible for building location targeting and analytics solutions on top of the billions of data points in the company’s platform. Most recently, Kevin led product management for location intelligence company CARTO.

Kevin has worked with every facet of data, from building visualizations to conceptualizing and managing a self-service location targeting and analytics platform for brands and agencies. In his role at Factual, he’ll combine the many dimensions of his proficiency, working closely with both the product and demand teams to develop innovative measurement solutions and generate revenue.

Kevin will further define and grow Factual’s measurement offerings, optimizing core capabilities and working to identify further solutions as Geopulse Measurement evolves to support the market over the next few years.
