Factual Targeting Outperforms Other Media Strategies for Mitsubishi





Cycle and Carriage, a leading automotive group in Southeast Asia, was promoting the arrival of the new fuel-efficient model, Mitsubishi Attrage, in Singapore. The campaign goal was to drive visitors to the website and increase brand awareness for Mitsubishi.


The automotive group partnered with Knorex, a cross-channel marketing cloud platform, to execute their campaign. Knorex leveraged Factual Proximity, a targeting solution that enables marketers to build accurate, custom geofences to reach consumers based on where they are in real-time.

Using Factual high-quality location data, Cycle and Carriage created geofences around 1,655 dealerships in Singapore. Factual geofences leverage proprietary, high-quality location data on places and the movement of devices worldwide.


Factual outperformed all other campaign media tactics—including retargeting, high intent audiences, and keyword targeting—by delivering twice the site traffic volume. Factual targeting also generated an average CTR of 0.23%—64% higher than other media.
