Marketing Manager, Europe


Factual is looking for a Marketing Manager, EMEA based in London to join its fast-growing marketing team and help drive the company’s expansion across the region. 

Serving as the regional Marketing lead, the role will be responsible for increasing global brand awareness & market presence, establishing thought leadership and executing the marketing strategy across Europe - spanning demand generation, partner marketing, sales enablement, event marketing and marketing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans for the UK and EMEA in collaboration with the US marketing team and other relevant stakeholders
  • Plan, build, launch, track, measure and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with event organizers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful sponsored and owned events in region
  • Develop ongoing content for owned and earned media, including Factual’s blog and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage media relations programs and relationships in region
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to define joint value propositions and co-branded messaging that highlights unique benefits of partnerships to customers
  • Develop engaging sales enablement material and collateral tailored to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with partners to implement joint go-to-market programs leveraging paid, owned and earned channels
  • Manage the development and execution of partner communication programs that drive awareness, activation and engagement
  • Build strong relationships across the organization that allow you to accomplish all of the above, and ultimately drive revenue for Factual across Europe 
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure proper management and reporting of campaigns, programs and engagement across our CRM and marketing automation systems

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing communications, partner marketing, product marketing or similar go-to-market roles in the UK and/or Europe
  • Deep experience working in digital advertising, with a solid understanding of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, exchanges and publishers, etc.
  • Understanding and interest in data and how it is used today in Marketing
  • An analytical approach
  • Experience working with US-based companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree; with coursework in business/marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing and content creation abilities; Comfort presenting to all levels
  • Superior project management skills
  • Experience with SFDC and Marketo a strong plus

The Information we collect

Who we share your information with

Factual employs the services of third parties to help us in certain areas, such as technology services including hosting, maintenance, administration and analysis, as well as other agencies who assist in the recruitment process. For general recruitment services, Factual employs Greenhouse as its applicant tracking system. Factual generally does not conduct pre-employment screening, but Factual may conduct pre-employment screening in certain cases through Scherzer International or similar providers. Where Factual does carry out pre-employment screening you will be informed of this.

Factual will, at all times, control and be responsible for the use of your information. Your application may also be shared with different entities within Factual, e.g. Factual Inc. in the US, depending on the role for which you apply.

Your personal data may also be shared with government authorities and/or law enforcement officials if mandated by law or if required for the protection of our legitimate interests in compliance with applicable laws.

In the unlikely event that a Factual business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

We may use aggregated information so we can administer and improve the Site, analyse trends and gather broad demographic information. Factual may pass this information to third parties.

We may use a fully automated assessment process to determine your suitability for potential future assignments or roles. This process allows us to match your qualifications and experience against the requirements for the role and will be used to determine whether or not to shortlist you for the role. We retain all the information we gather about you until you ask us to change or remove your personal data, or otherwise for up to one year. Interview notes and testing outcomes of unsuccessful applicants are deleted after one year.
